Meir Heth, Israeli chief executive, professor in law at The College of Management Academic Studies in Israel. The Rina and Meir Heth Center for the Study of Competition and Regulation is a new joint initiative of the college’s schools of Law, Business Management, and Economics, endowed by Professor Emeritus Meir Heth, faculty member of the School of Law.
Professor Heth is a renowned expert on Israel’s capital market, and has served in several senior positions including Supervisor of Banks, as well as chairman of the Stock Exchange, Leumi Bank, Teva and Psagot. The Center conducts research and advances knowledge and specialized tools in the field of antitrust law and regulation in Israel, with the goal of promoting comprehensive, professional discourse on the issue, in the general public and among decision makers.
